For malfunctioning cages, we’ll swap in a replacement one time within 12 months of your purchase, limited to once per item.

Thanks to our inspection team who monitor the production line and final check before the package. Their work notably ensures our quality’s stability and durability.  Also, we have a 24-hour after-sales team to double insurance and we assist clients with any incurred problems.

Equipped with professional 3D designers, over 200 people’s production line, and 20,000 square meters of production area, one of our other goals is growing with the customers and making the new ideal come true. Except for the various standard product styles available anytime, we are happy to develop the new product with our clients together.
